Please check your email 72 hours prior to the event. We will send out the schedule of entertainment, which includes the meet and greets with all of the superheroes, raffle prize schedule, and special appearances. Please note these are all subject to change.

All sales are final and no refunds. After the event you can email [email protected] and in certain cases a credit will be issued. You can also forward your ticket to friend or for anyone to use!

Feel free to bring your own snacks! There will also be a great selection of food and beverage vendors on-site. AleSmith Brewing has partnered with Zoe’s Place, known for their fantastic food trucks, and we’ll have two trucks ready to serve up tasty bites during the event. Plus, AleSmith Brewing will be pouring their signature craft beers, offering non-alcoholic options, and water stations will be available throughout the venue to keep everyone hydrated.

When you attend a San Diego Moms event or program, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By attending the event, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, or any other purpose by San Diego Moms and its affiliates and representatives. You release San Diego Moms, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings. Upon arrival your arrival you will be handed a photo ticket, which includes a 10-minute window of time that you will need to head to the photography area to line up for your photo. Our goal is to only have 5-6 families lined up at any one time. So if you are the first to arrive at the event at 10am, you can head straight to snap your photo with Santa as you will be given the 10am-10:10am photo ticket time and we will pass those tickets out chronologically and in order of arrival.

Included in the ticket is a SINGLE family photo with Santa. You can choose to send just the kids, have the entire family. You may add on additional pose for an additional fee at the time you purchase your ticket or if the photographer has time you can do so at the event directly with the photographer. We just need to take these into account to ensure we can capture everyone's photo in a timely manner!

In the small chance this is an option it would only take place towards the close of the event. We don't allow add-ons (unless the tickets aren't' sold out) after the event starts.
